Re: Round 23 - Storm vs Eels

Moot point now, but Craig made the right call playing NAS from the bench after a few of us called it last week. He was very strong when he came on and gave us that spark we have been lacking.

Kasiano and Vete can/will do the same (just probably not quite as good).

Re: Round 23 - Storm vs Eels

Massive effort from Brandon to struggle through an extra 8 minutes or so after damaging his (I assume) medial. Even forced a turnover. Spewing we will be without him in the coming weeks :'(

Re: Round 23 - Storm vs Eels

Courageous effort in the second half to hold on as long as we did. Disappointing to concede that try but overall a massive effort given the circumstances and miles apart from the effort we have seen over the past couple of weeks. Unfortunately it has come at a monumental cost... Very unlucky to pick...

Re: Round 23 - Storm vs Eels

Jahrome Hughes has been given a week to recover with a medial strain to his knee. The short turnaround meant he has been given the week to recover and will be ready to return next week against the Titans. His absence has seen the coaches turn to Brodie Croft to fill the halfback duties. I find that...

Re: Cam Smith - 356 Games

Talk about a Sliding Doors moment for the club. Had Smith not been signed, what would have happened and where would we be now? I don't even really want to think about it... You'd have a different avatar, but what / who? I would say Slater but without Smith, it’s hard to imagine what the club ...

*Argued by bitter fans (99% of the time NSW fans) who have had their teams spanked by Cam for 17 years and counting.
